With 20 years of healthcare experience including 7 years as a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult-gerontology, I recognized the growing need for psychiatric care and pursued a post-master’s certification in psychiatry. My journey has taken me through skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, and community health, where I’ve witnessed firsthand how mental health impacts every aspect of life. I take a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person and using medications thoughtfully—whether for long-term management or acute support—while always prioritizing careful monitoring and caution. Your mental health is a journey, and I’m here to guide you with care and compassion.
